Coverage

This policy applies to BiutyVerse on Android and iOS, distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. It covers AI-assisted visual creation, style templates, credit balances, generation history, profile tools, and in-app support. If anything here conflicts with the publisher line on your storefront listing, rely on the official listing for the publisher responsible for your build.

Consent & permissions

Some features need device permissions—for example, photo library access when you import images, or saving a finished visual back to your library. We ask at the point of use; you may decline, though related features may not work. Continued use after reading this policy means you understand how we handle information below.

Data we handle

• Visual inputs: Photos and still images you import or capture, plus template and style choices, to produce the visuals you request.
• Account: User ID, display name, avatar, and sign-in state when you log in or keep a profile.
• Credits & usage: Generation history, credit balances, and transaction summaries for the in-app credit system.
• Device signals: Device model, OS version, app build, stable device ID, crash logs, and performance data—to keep the service stable.
• Support: Messages and attachments via Feedback on the Me tab.

Why we use it

• Deliver features you use—templates, AI visuals, galleries, credits, and history.
• Authenticate sessions, sync accounts, and apply promotional credit rules where offered.
• Fix defects, improve quality, and review aggregated usage where individuals are rarely identifiable.
• Prevent abuse, respond to incidents, and meet lawful obligations we cannot refuse.

Retention & storage

Data is processed and retained only by us on equipment and infrastructure that we operate and control.

Downloading, updating, or completing an in-app purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store may leave billing or delivery records with the storefront under its own rules—that pipeline is separate from BiutyVerse's own data handling described in this policy.

We keep data only as long as needed for the task, legal record-keeping, then delete or alter it on schedules our team maintains.

Portraits & likeness

• Purpose: Faces in photos you supply are used only for the stylization or generation you started—not for unrelated ads or likeness galleries.
• Identification: We do not build standalone identity records for marketing from uploaded likeness data.
• Commercialization: We do not sell image-derived profiles to unrelated marketers.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No internet transmission is perfectly secure—consider sensitivity before uploading from your device.

When we must disclose

We disclose information only when:

• A statute, regulation, court order, or formal governmental demand requires it; or
• We must act to protect life, serious injury, or urgent public safety.

Cross-border handling

Cross-border aspects arise only from where we locate our own equipment or staff. Where your region requires safeguards, we apply what the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data. Contact us below; we may ask light verification so others cannot impersonate you.

Young users

BiutyVerse is for teens and adults, not children under 13. If we learn we collected data from a child below that age without required parental consent, we delete what we can consistent with our legal duties.

We may update this policy when features or law change. The version at this URL controls; material changes may also be highlighted in the app when required.
